Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but at this price, its a software card. Which means your cpu ends up doing all the hard work anyway, which means long ffmpeg command lines. Since its at a good price point, I wouldn't be surprised if Linux drivers eventually come out, but I definitely wouldn't hold my breath.
