Myvu Personal Media Viewer Fully Loaded Edition for iPod

Not Applicable.

Which is unfortunate, because this is the less useful ipod version, only works with 5th gen ipods and that is it. Their universal edition will take component in, so you could hook up portable dvd player and etc, and theres also an ipod adapter for it. For airplane flights where you get cramped trying to hold your iphone 'just right' for viewing, this may be a workable solution. Otherwise, they sell a $20 piece of plastic at the mall designed to hold your iphone/ipod Touch/ipod at almost the right angle on the tray table in front of you.

Amcor 3.5" Touchscreen Portable GPS

No.

1 Amcor 3900 3.5" Touchscreen Portable GPS

This device uses Windows CE as it's OS, and so uses activesync to communicate to your computer. Synce for linux does not seem like it would work to hack the device and so you'll need activesync for windows to have this work. You can install/uninstall apps with synce, but it doesn't look like it supports the requisite registry hacking to allow you to hack the Amcor.

You wouldn't shoot a policeman,
You wouldn't steal his helmet
You wouldn't go to the toilet in his helmet
and then send it to the policeman's grieving widow
and then steal it again!
(The IT Crowd)

I wouldn't expect this to work with windows,
Nor with Linux.

Also, a deleted scene about sports from the IT crowd.

1 Okidata Digital B4600 Black and White 27PPM Laser Printer

It lists OS X support, which uses CUPS, the Common Unified Printing System. This is also the system that Linux (can) use to print, which means the printer is supported. At worst, you could always copy the PPD (Postscript Printer Driver) file from an OS X computer to the Linux computer.

No.

Winehq says
no, but that report says Ubuntu 6.06, which means they are probably using a version of wine from March, 2006. That said, someone managed to use the 2006 version of wine, with the 2006 version of TaxCut, so I'd bet that the 2008 version of wine works with the 2008 version of Tax Cut.

As much as Intuit is evil, Turbo Tax Online works fine with Linux.
(Then again, software as a service is also evil.)
