Pinnacle “Woot” TV PCTV HD Pro Stick
No - but doesn't look too hard to add support.
Pinnacle has used this chipset for a usb capture device before (see drivers/media/video/em28xx/em28xx-cards.c in the kernel source). It does not look like this device has USB ID's already defined in the file, but seeing as how the chipset is already used and understood by the kernel, it shouldn't be too hard to add support for this.
update:(from woot's own forum) getting a similar usb dongle working under linux

A friend of mine wrote Winlirc, but the L in Winlirc stands for Linux because it was modeled off Lirc. Build/buy the receiver, and lirc it up!
