Okidata Digital B4600 Black and White Laser Printer

Yes.

1 Okidata Digital B4600 Black and White 27PPM Laser Printer

It lists OS X support, which uses CUPS, the Common Unified Printing System. This is also the system that Linux (can) use to print, which means the printer is supported. At worst, you could always copy the PPD (Postscript Printer Driver) file from an OS X computer to the Linux computer.

PictBridge compatible, so gPhoto should support it. The camera is, however, not listed on their compatibility page.

Razer Barracuda AC-1 Gaming Sound Card

Yes.

Phoronix's original article back in September was less than pleased with the linux performance, but they have since come out in favor of newer snd-oxygen drivers. It includes SPDIF output, which is for some, a large reason to choose this card.

Franklin MWD-480 Merriam-Webster Dictionary with MP3 Player

V7 5.6" Digital Photo Frame

Yes.

1 V7 5.6" Digital Photo Frame VPF560QE

This has a built in USB port that you can put our friend a USB Mass Storage device into, and have it read that. Linux supports vfat/fat32, which this device undoubtedly reads, which means you can copy pictures to a USB memory card via linux, and this device will read them, and show you the pictures from it, and curses! It sold out between when I loaded the page and when I clicked the button.
