Camera probably works via libptp, and as Kodak developed the picture transfer protocol (ptp, supported via libptp), I'd bet you can pull picture off the camera with it. Even if you can't, theres always the SD/MMC slot and a card reader.
Copier function is stand alone and linux support is not applicable
Printer bit works with OS X 10.5, Leopard, and thus, via CUPS, works on linux.

The scanner however, does not seem to. Libsane and libsane-extras doesn't seem to list the scanner.
Someone tried with Ubuntu 7.04, and an EasyShare 5500 instead of the 510 being sold here, and it
did not work. It is not a definite indicator, but it is not a good sign.
